The FMCSA continues to enforce strict random drug testing regulations in 2024. These guidelines are designed to ensure safety on our roadways by limiting drug and alcohol use among commercial operators. Employers who comply in the DOT's Drug and Alcohol Testing Program must implement random drug tests on their employees. Companies are required to
